In a week I will travel to Belize with my beloved roommate, to visit our former roommate who is now a chocolate exporter in southern Belize. More on that operation here. We're off to Punta Gorda, in the Toledo District, an area known for its rainforest, mountains, rivers and Mayan villages. I might just not come back.
